Elizabeth Hodge Richardson has over 12 years of experience in an administrative capacity in a professional organization including 7 years as a paralegal. She is currently employed at Complete Intellectual Property Services, as a Paralegal. Elizabeth was born and raised in Anguilla and is very familiar with the Caribbean Jurisdictions and its culture. For almost 6 years, she worked as an intellectual property law Paralegal at a law office in Anguilla focusing on trademark prosecution and enforcement matters and the management of a large trademark portfolio in multiple Caribbean jurisdictions. As the IP Paralegal, she worked closely with the Managing Attorney and the other Paralegals in the firm. Her dedication to her job was demonstrated as she worked closely with the local trademark office in Anguilla building a relationship with the Registrar and the Examiners to ensure that all requirements were met to ensure that applications were processed.

Over her career, Elizabeth handled a variety of matters for several islands of varying complexities that required the expertise of attention to detail for document preparation and review, document editing, filing of documents, and record keeping. Elizabeth brings over 9 years of paralegal experience to Complete Intellectual Property Services having worked as a paralegal since 2013. Elizabeth has a very positive attitude towards her work and brings a genuine passion to her work at Complete Intellectual Property Services. Elizabeth applies her professionalism not only to her formal roles but prides herself in analyzing and seeking solutions for any general issues encountered by the firm’s clients. Elizabeth is always there to help and is always willing to go the extra mile, making Elizabeth an integral part of our team.
